No, only ticketed passengers may board the cruise ships.

A viewing platform is located on Level 2, alongside Moda Events in the Portside Wharf precinct.

Travel Tips

  • We require you to check in your baggage at the baggage check-in desk prior to the boarding process beginning. After checking your baggage, please feel free to use the varied retail facilities on offer at Portside Wharf, whilst you wait to be called for embarkation.
  • Passengers that are completing their cruise will be disembarking between 6am and 10am.
  • Embarkation for passengers leaving port will begin approximately 45 minutes after disembarkation of returning passengers is complete.


  • Passports and photo identification may be required for all passengers embarking on a cruise from Portside Wharf.
